Dusty Rose Crinkle Scarf

The dusty rose scarf...all ready for spring. Cute crinkled satin material and 'rose' pin. Very spring, very soft, very pretty. ; ) I made this from a very special piece of material found at the fabric store in one of our last 'scrounging' episodes. My daughter and I love going through the heaps of discarded/remenant cloth at Joanne's or Hancock's and making something outa nothing.
Yes, the photo is blurry, but I'm ok with that. It was taken by my daughter, she is 5, and I know the detail is off a bit...but I thought she captured this shot so well. One of these days, I'll get a model. I have one in the mix, just need to put a few new scarves, totes or whatever it is that draws my eye. And they will be clear shots, beautiful shots. But these are prescious to me....

One last shot, up close and personal. The pin, as you can see has glass and seed beads in the center. They are clear, gold and olive green in color. I love how the pin allows the wearer to change the look of the simple scarf. It can be turned into a cowl...be long and drapy or classic. Super!
