Stormy Morning Neck Wrap

Some days I have so much fun! I had a bunch of remnants from my daughters sweater blanket, ribbings and squares floating around my sewing tote. I had to do something with them...so I set out to make something useful. The neck wrap is what became of the scraps. I really love this because I have tons of shirts that need a little omph, and this a wonderful way to stay warm and create a statement.
